We need Office Assistant for admin and account related work.
• Applicant must be B.Com Graduate
• 2-3 years of experience in admin work
• Must have good command in MS Office
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel
• Must good management skills
• Ability to work in competitive environment
Job responsibility :
• Vendor Management (Co-ordination, Vendor Registration).
• To look after dispatch of materials.
• Payment follow ups.
• Verify Mobiles, Telephones, Electricity, other expenses bills and ensure timely payment of the same
• To look after house keeping and stationary stock
• Arrangement of booking (Hotel, Train, Guest House)
• Follow ups with customers for Form "C" .
• To look after courier, transport and speed post tracking and to maintain their bills.
• Any other admin related work assign from time to time.
